Sky Shop Shirasagi

Sky Shop Shirasagi is a directly managed souvenir shop at Tokushima Awaodori Airport. It carries a wide range of products representing Tokushima Prefecture. The shop is popular with many visitors to Tokushima and offers an excellent selection of souvenirs from the area. One of its most popular items is Kin no Shizuku.

Kin no Shizuku is a manju with natural sweetness and the rich, fluffy flavor of sweet potato. Its defining feature is how the three elements, the outer dough, the filling, and the syrup, melt together in your mouth. The dough is fine-textured, high-quality, and moist. The smooth filling is made with a white bean paste base blended with Naruto Kintoki sweet potato paste and wasanbon sugar. At the center of the manju is a golden sweet potato syrup.

Each piece is individually wrapped, making it a convenient gift for coworkers or friends. It also has a long shelf life of 90 days from the date of manufacture.
