Bistro Yasunaga

This French bistro is located in Eki Bar on the basement level of Clement Plaza, directly connected to JR Tokushima Station. Seiyo Zendokoro Yasunaga, a longtime favorite in Tomidamachi, Tokushima, for over 20 years, relocated and reopened here with a casual à la carte menu rooted in traditional French techniques.

The owner-chef, who has spent around 50 years refining his French culinary skills, actively incorporates ingredients from Tokushima into his dishes. Carefully prepared sauces, meat dishes, and seafood dishes are served, while the course menus are often chosen for anniversaries and business dinners. Wine pairings are another highlight.

At lunchtime, the restaurant operates as Chuka Soba Yasunaga, serving Tokushima ramen, soy sauce ramen, and salt ramen prepared using techniques unique to a French chef. Their rich yet well-balanced flavors have made them popular lunch options.

The interior offers a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood, along with playful touches such as seating made from repurposed wine barrels.
