Hana yori, Hamburg. is a new-style hamburger steak specialty restaurant run by meat professionals, with its main store in Kanagawa Prefecture. Its ASTY Shizuoka branch opened in October 2025 in ASTY Shizuoka East Building, a commercial complex directly connected to JR Shizuoka Station.

The restaurant’s signature is its “yakiniku-style” hamburger steak, which you finish cooking to your preferred doneness on a hot iron plate. The patty is made from a unique blend of carefully selected A5 Japanese Black wagyu and U.S. beef, and you can enjoy it sizzling right at your table. Part of the appeal is the live, interactive cooking experience, along with the chance to change up the flavor with six different sauces and seasonings. Another point that sets it apart from conventional hamburger steak restaurants is that you eat it with chopsticks, just like yakiniku.
