Free Wi-Fi is available around the reception area. Please feel free to ask at reception.

Free coin lockers are available.
They are large enough to hold shoes or bags, so please leave oversized luggage in your car in advance.

There are public restrooms managed by Saijo City.

Companions may re-enter during the experience time, but participants are generally not allowed to re-enter, as the Canopy Course is all-you-can-play within the time limit and the Adventure Course is limited to one round.

There is a parking lot that can accommodate 40 to 50 cars.
*For buses, up to 5 large buses can fit if parked carefully.

There are two smoking areas near the reception area. There are none inside the activity facility, so please use them before your experience.

Towel Museum is recommended for tourists.
Please note that some areas require an additional fee.

Please wear clothes that can get dirty, along with sneakers and pants. You cannot participate in sandals, skirts, or boots. Rental shoes and coveralls are available for 500 yen.
Wearing work gloves is required to help prevent injuries. If you forget them, original gloves are available for purchase at 300 yen per pair for both adults and children.

In principle, the activity will be held even in the rain, as long as you wear rain gear. If you forget yours, it can be purchased on-site.
However, the experience may be canceled in severe weather such as nearby lightning, winds strong enough to shake the trees, or storms.

A reservation is not required, but having one allows for smoother admission.
During busy periods such as Golden Week, Obon, the summer vacation season, and the New Year holidays, making a reservation will help your visit go more smoothly.
