The “Suruga Bay Ferry” is a marine transportation service offering an Approx. 90-minute voyage across Suruga Bay, connecting Shimizu Port in Shizuoka Prefecture with Toi Port in West Izu. From the ferry, you can enjoy sweeping views of majestic Mt. Fuji from the coastline to the summit, along with a 360-degree panoramic view.

The vessel in service is the Suruga Bay Ferry ship “Fuji.” This route is also recognized as the rare Prefectural Route 223 (Fujisan), which has no land section at all, and another distinctive feature is that you can board with your car, motorcycle, or bicycle. It can be used not only for sightseeing but also as a means of transportation.

On board, there are standard passenger cabins and special rooms, where you can relax and enjoy the cruise in a spacious setting. The onboard shop also sells original sweets and goods. In addition, the food stand on the rear deck offers light snacks such as takoyaki, letting you enjoy the sea breeze as part of this unique ferry experience.
