We sat on tatami mats and enjoyed a meal together as a family. The marbling on the Wagyu beef looked like blooming flowers and just melted in your mouth. Watching the bridge while dining was a treat for both body and soul.

The beef slices used for the shabu-shabu had beautiful marbling. Just a quick dip in the hot pot, and when you eat it with the broth, it's sweet with a little kick of spice. The meat just melts in your mouth.
