Tokyo German Village

Opened in 2001 in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture, this theme park was designed to resemble the rural landscape of Germany. The park, which is about 19 times the size of Tokyo Dome, is divided into four areas based on the concept of "a place where nature and people can coexist": Lake Area, Country Area, Market Area, and Park Area. You can drive right into the park, which is very convenient given the vastness of the grounds.

Mizumoto Park

Mizumoto Park features beautiful waterside scenery and is built along the Koaidame reservoir. Within the vast 96-hectare park you’ll find rows of poplar trees and a metasequoia forest, making it a great location for leisurely walks and forest bathing.

Hida Great Limestone Cave & Ohashi Collection Kan Museum

Located between Hida Takayama and Okuhida Hot Spring Villages, it is one of the most famous limestone caves in Japan, with a total length of about 800 meters. Inside the cave, which was created naturally over a period of time from coral reefs 250 million years ago, you can see intricate white stalactites.
