【Cafe Curcuma】Cafe Curcuma amid Fabulous Scenery in the South of Okinawa

The Cafe calls itself “Japan - Vanilla Restaurant” and the dishes with vanilla offered there, of course, are very famous. The Cafe also serves a wide variety of other foods, including authentic Thai cuisine.

I ordered a very popular dish, Green Curry priced at 1140 yen. No wonder that the Curry is a favorite among many foodies liking spicy taste. Cooked with very peppery seasoning, it has an authentic taste. (If you are not used to spicy foods, it might be rash to order this dish!)

After the meal, I went out to take a seat and have a drink. There was a row of chairs at a long table, where I can appreciate the seascape while drinking tea.

Vanilla Tea prepared with China hibiscus or lemon grass is recommended. It is pleasant to look into the distant blue sky while drinking tea at the seaside.

Besides the Cafe, in the same facility there are a shop selling local produce and a library of fossils. With so much fun to experience, it is really an attraction worth a visit.

This spot is also recommended to one traveling with one’s family! When you come to Okinawa, be sure to visit the Cafe amid fabulous scenery.
