Capsule Hotel at Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, “Lodge Fujiyama”
The “Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station” in Yamanashi Prefecture is the trailhead that leads to the Yoshida route up Mt. Fuji. “Fujikyu Unjokaku” is a facility with restaurants and shopping, located near the 5th station at an altitude of 2,305 meters.
This time, we will be introducing a capsule hotel located in that very facility, “Lodge Fujiyama.”
The 1st floor features shops, the 2nd floor restaurants, and the 3rd floor accommodations.
Cycling around the 5th station is also popular, so there are plenty of services to choose from that offer cycling-related goods.
There is also a currency exchange office, called “Exchangers,” conveniently located on the 1st floor.

If you’re looking to reach the peak of Mt. Fuji, an altitude of 3,776 meters above sea level, we highly recommend staying at the 5th station to acclimate your body to the heights, which in turn will give you more stamina.
The capsule hotel is divided into sections for men and women.
The rooms are semi-double private rooms.
Stays start at 7,560 yen per night. You can also elect to purchase a meal plan.
