Book1st Shinjuku Store

This is the largest bookstore located near the west exit of Shinjuku Station. Found inside the uniquely-shaped “Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower” building, this store has around 900,000 items across the tower’s 1st and 2nd basement floors.
There is an extensive variety of staple books available, and this combined with constant new information and seasonal keywords create a space that helps to stimulate intellectual curiosity.
There is also a stationery and general goods section located on the 1st basement floor. Even just this area boasts the size and product lineup of a standalone store.
