This special Italian restaurant is located on the ground floor of Hotel Setre Kobe Maiko. They prepare their dishes with luxurious “treasure” ingredients produced on Awaji island.

All seasonal “treasure” ingredients are selected by visits of the chef and staffs to each food producer who delivers the best seasonal ingredients of the mountains, land, and sea.
The chefs will turn the food “treasures” from the Awaji Island producers into special dishes.

Dinner courses can include a “drink pairing system” where drinks are selected especially for individual dishes.
