Sodegaura Seaside Park

Impeccable, Scenic Views at a Sea-Facing Park Escape.

Last update :

Sodegaura Seaside Park is a park built on reclaimed land that juts out into Tokyo Bay. The park, which spans over 8 hectares, is beautifully maintained, with a promenade along the sea, vast lawns, picnic areas, Tokyo Bay Plaza that features a lawn shaped like Tokyo Bay, and an observatory tower.

From the park's symbol, a 25-meter high observation tower in Tokyo Bay Plaza, you can enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of Tokyo Bay. You can see the Tokyo Aqua Line and Umihotaru, and on a clear day, you can also see the cityscape of Kanagawa prefecture, Mount Fuji, and the Tokyo Skytree.

The park is also popular as a night view spot, attracting many visitors who come to enjoy the beautiful night view in the direction of Yokohama.

With a barbecue area that operates on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, during Golden Week, and during summer vacation (late July to late August), as well as a cycling road, it is a place where both children and adults can enjoy all day.
