Enjoy unique hand-wrap sushi in a renovated 100-year-old home in Kyoto. The interior is modern, but the well-cared mini garden adds the Kyoto ambiance to the restaurant.　
The main menu is Teori-zushi (3,267 yen), born from the concept of weaving, which means to combine materials in different colors. You can combine about 50 kinds of vegetables from Kyoto, sashimi (raw fish), and seasonings to make your own wrapped sushi with seaweed, top them on the rice, or just eat them. The ingredients are arranged on a plate so artistically and everyone loves it. Making a reservation for Teori-zushi can be done online first-come, first-serve.

Seasonal drinks and sweets unique to the sushi restaurant are available, such as White Miso Milk Pudding (660 yen) made of milk, white miso and brown sugar from Kyoto, Green Tea Lemonade (770 yen) and specialties of the month. Three-flavors of Kyoto’s local liquor (990 yen), local beer and other alcoholic drinks are available.
