D&DEPARTMENT KYOTO / d-shokudo (diner)

"D&DEPARTMENT" continues its activities based on the theme of "long-life design," a design that has the power to remain a standard over many years.
While D&DEPARTMENT is expanding its bases to each of the 47 prefectures of Japan, "D&DEPARTMENT KYOTO / d-Shokudo Kyoto" was established as a base of activities in Kyoto.

d-Shokudo Kyoto, located on the precincts of Head temple Bukkoji Temple, is attracting attention as a "temple café.
It offers a menu using Kyoto-grown tea and local vegetables, and communicates the charms of Kyoto through its food. The most popular dish is the "Kyoto set meal," which includes rice, soup, and Obanzai (precooked food in Kyoto dialect), and it is a must-try.
The menu changes monthly to reflect the use of seasonal ingredients. Other dishes include "Yuba (tofu skin) Udon" and "d & dry curry. Sweets such as anmitsu (sweet bean paste) and soft-serve ice cream are also available, so using the café is also recommended.

"D&DEPARTMENT KYOTO" stands across the street, selling items with local roots.
It also carries tableware from "d Shokudo Kyoto." Be sure to buy some as souvenirs.
