The owner personally selects and buys carefully chosen A5 and B5 grade Japanese Black wagyu Sendai beef.

There are three types of course meals, based on differences in meat grade and cut. All include an appetizer platter, salted grilled items, salad, a mini kimchi assortment, a meat platter, mini bibimbap, and dessert. There is also a custom-planned course, with contents arranged to match your budget and requests. A la carte ordering is also available.
