Set within a corner of Sagaya Ginza, a restaurant known for its dishes featuring premium Saga beef and seasonal ingredients, this is an exclusive, fully reservation-only dining space limited to just eight guests per day. Created in collaboration with the art collective teamLab, it offers a unique environment where cuisine and digital art seamlessly merge.

teamLab’s artworks, expressing the beauty of Japan’s four seasons, are projected onto the walls and tables. From cherry blossoms in full bloom during spring to fiery autumn leaves, the visuals change with the seasons, ensuring a fresh sense of wonder each time you visit. The artwork on the table also responds in real time, shifting with the movement of plates and diners’ hands.

The menu consists of a single course centered around Saga beef chateaubriand steak, complemented by seasonal seafood and vegetables in a monthly rotating lineup. Special attention is also paid to the tableware, featuring Arita ware-Saga’s traditional ceramic craft-along with other vessels chosen to reflect the spirit of each season.
