CSG BLUE CAFE AOYAMA

Attached to the flagship store of the apparel brand CURENSOLOGY, this cafe sits in a quiet area of Minami-Aoyama. Its concept is “a place where you can relax as if you were traveling.” The space blends blue-toned interiors with decor found around the world, creating an exotic atmosphere that feels far removed from everyday life.

The drink and dessert menu features blue-colored items made with naturally derived pigments. Beautiful to look at and well-balanced in flavor, options like the Blue Ginger Lemonade and Blue Choco Mint Latte are colored a vivid blue using natural ingredients such as spirulina and butterfly pea. The gelato is authentic Italian-style, with a wide variety of flavors including blue mint milk, matcha, and framboise. Standard coffee and tea are also available, so you can choose whatever suits your mood.
