Tokyo DisneySea is themed around ocean adventures, with beautifully designed areas full of exotic charm. The rides and amazing shows are truly impressive. It’s lively and fun during the day, while the lights and fireworks at night make it feel even more magical. Definitely a theme park worth visiting.
Kobe Port Tower
Rising over Kobe Harbor, this port tower is known as the “Beauty of the Iron Tower” for its graceful hyperboloid shape-like an elongated drum-and its vivid red exterior. Loved by locals as a symbol of Kobe since its debut in 1973 (1963), it reopened after Approx. 2.5 years of seismic reinforcement and renovation, with a grand renewal in April 2024.
Kobe Port Tower is a famous landmark in Kobe, with a distinctive red tower design. From the observation deck, you can look out over Kobe Port, the city, and the beautiful bay views. The scenery is wide open during the day, while at night the lights sparkle and create a wonderfully romantic atmosphere. It’s definitely one of the must-visit spots in Kobe.
Ghibli Museum, Mitaka
In Tokyo's Mitaka lies the Ghibli Museum, overseen by Director Hayao Miyazaki. Studio Ghibli, established in 1985, is a Japanese animation studio known for planning and producing films primarily directed by Isao Takahata and Hayao Miyazaki.
The Ghibli Museum, Mitaka is full of childlike wonder and imagination, bringing Hayao Miyazaki’s animated worlds to life. The exhibits are beautifully crafted, and you can also enjoy a short film with your museum ticket. It’s a dreamy spot that Ghibli fans shouldn’t miss.
Enoshima Shrine
Enoshima Shrine is premier and venerable shrine on Enoshima Island known for holding events year around. Counted among Japan's three greatest Benzaiten (goddesses of wealth) shrines, it consists of three individual shrines: Hetsumiya, Nakatsumiya, and Okutsumiya. These shrines are said to bestow blessings for matchmaking, monetary fortune, and improvement in performing arts.
Enoshima Shrine is located on Enoshima and has a long history, best known for enshrining Benzaiten. The path there is lush and green, and the shrine itself feels solemn and peaceful. Along with paying your respects, you can enjoy ocean views and take in the charming atmosphere where nature and culture come together.
Enoshima Benzaiten Nakamise Street
As you enter Enoshima through the bronze torii gate, you'll find a bustling shopping district lined with ryokans, eateries, and souvenir shops. This street is always lively with tourists enjoying a walk through history, highlighted by architectural pieces like the black post box in front of the Enoshima Post Office, which has been restored from the Meiji era.
Enoshima Benzaiten Nakamise Street has a strong local charm, with plenty of specialty snacks, souvenirs, and gift shops along the way. You can stroll while tasting different foods, enjoy the lively atmosphere, and take in beautiful views of Enoshima as you go. It’s a shopping street worth exploring at a leisurely pace.
Lake Kawaguchiko Sightseeing Boat “Appare”
“Appare” is the sightseeing boat where you can take 20-minute cruises around Lake Kawaguchiko, one of the Fuji Five Lakes.

Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum
This music-themed museum is tucked against the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. The grounds feature a European atmosphere, wide open views and a one-of-a-kind look and feel with Mt. Fuji sitting in the background.

Oishi Park

Kumoba Pond
Located in one of Japan's premier plateau resorts, Karuizawa, this serene pond has become a staple on the tourist route. Once the surrounding area was a villa region for foreigners, it earned the nickname "Swan Lake" because swans would come to visit in the winter.
