A popular store selling a Fukuoka favorite,“Tetsunabe Gyoza”, which is said to have originated in a yatai stall in Hakata. On a hot pot, small gyozas are packed in a circle, grilling all pieces equally.

With a crunchy, and flavorful texture, once bit, visitors will enjoy juicy meat juices. It is sure to be a hit. Though strong in taste, visitors can enjoy the light flavors of leeks, many can eat as many as gyoza prepared for two or three. They may also enjoy adding spicy homemade chili oil, and spicy yuzu paste made with Kyushu’s Yuzu, to the Gyoza sauce to experience different flavors.

The hot favorite “Gyoza”, which retains its grilled flavor, is homemade including its dough and stuffings. Prepared in the morning, it makes sure to taste well. Other than Gyoza, visitors can enjoy “Stewed Wings”, with a special soup, “Karashi mentaiko (Spicy Cod Roe)”, “Potato Salad” and other Izakaya-menus.
