Ochanomizu sola city

Opened in April 2013, Ochanomizu sola city is a large multi-purpose complex located in the Ochanomizu area, known for its historical scenery. The complex is easily accessible, situated near the Kanda River and just a short walk from Ochanomizu Station. The 23-story building primarily houses offices but also includes conference rooms, shops, restaurants, and exhibition facilities, making it a hub for business professionals.

The facility is built on the slope once known as "Kanda-yama," surrounded by hills. Despite this, it features well-developed pedestrian spaces and barrier-free access, ensuring both convenience and ease of movement.

The "Sola City Plaza" within the complex includes a supermarket, convenience stores, various dining options, and more. The plaza covers approximately 3,000 square meters and consists of an open ground-level square and an underground level.

From the terraces, visitors can view historical landmarks such as the "Nicholai-do" and "Yushima Seido," a historic Confucian temple. The site also preserves and displays original stone walls and brick retaining walls from the Edo period, offering a tangible connection to the area's cultural and historical heritage.
