Last update :

A tanmen and gyoza restaurant that has been profiled on television shows and various media.
The restaurant's pride and joy is its tanmen, made with thick homemade noodles, and a lightly salty yet deep and rich soup, topped by a mound of vegetables so large the noodles are barely visible. This hill of vegetables contains hearty portions of bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, leeks, and pork. Although the vegetables are plenty enough as is, diners will be pleased to find that the restaurant offers free servings of extra vegetables.
The other star dish is gyoza, which are large and bursting with meat and vegetables.
The "Tan-Gyo", a tanmen and gyoza combination meal, is very popular.

Highlights

  • Free servings of extra vegetables with the tanmen.
  • The homemade rayu (Chinese chili oil) is free, and goes deliciously with either the gyoza or tanmen.
  • The "Tan-Gyo" (tanmen and 5 pieces of gyoza) is the most popular item on the menu.
  • A Ladies Set (tanmen and 2 pieces of gyoza) is also available.
