Are there any smoking rooms available?
All rooms are non-smoking. However, each room is equipped with a balcony where smoking is allowed. Please request at the time of check-in if you wish to smoke on the balcony.

Do you have a parking lot?
We do not have a dedicated hotel parking lot, but guests can use the 'Chaska Chayamachi' multilevel parking facility on the first floor of the building. The special rate for guests is 2,000 yen per car per night. The parking is available from 2:00pm on the arrival day until 1:00pm on the departure day.
Please note that some vehicles may not fit due to size restrictions, so we advise checking in advance.
The parking can accommodate vehicles up to 5300mm in length, 1950mm in width, 2300kg in weight, and a height of 1550mm for standard lanes and 2100mm for high-roof lanes.
