Raw ones that are traded are said to be about 5% of the entire coffee bean market. SOT COFFEE ROASTER only uses quality raw beans and roast them in-house. Their signature European style “Nordic Roast” draws out the natural highly-aromatic flavor and refreshing sweetness of the beans.
The menu features the original deep-roasted “Oshiro Dark” in the image of Osaka Castle and other single origins, the top of tops selected from all over the world. ”Taiwan Geisha” won the honor of world’s No.1 in 2020. Make sure to try the Taiwan coffee’s unique mellow taste like tea and the fruity flavor. For a snack to go with coffee, choose from the in-house cheesecake, canelé, or nougat bar.
