JR Yokohama Tower
Directly connected to Yokohama Station, this 26-story complex houses a variety of facilities.
The JR Yokohama Tower, which opened in June 2020, is a new landmark in Yokohama, with 26 floors above ground and a height of 132.253 m. It is directly connected to JR Yokohama Station. It is a complex consisting of commercial floors "NEWoMan Yokohama" and "CIAL Yokohama" with stores and restaurants; the cinema complex "T-Joy Yokohama”; and office floors.
The atrium on the second floor is a bright and open space four-story atrium. The building also houses a tourist information center certified as a Category 3 foreign tourist information center by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), where visitors can gather information about Yokohama's culture and history from the books available, and also consult with the staff who know the city inside and out. The staff speaks Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
On the 12th floor, there is a rooftop plaza called "UMISORA DECK" offering a panoramic view of the Port of Yokohama and the Yokohama Bay Bridge, which is used as a place of relaxation by the locals and tourists.
