The restaurant is characterized by the initiative of transforming matcha from a "drink" to a "food," presenting a new possibility for matcha. Leveraging their experience and knowledge as a tea wholesaler, the restaurant's innovative menu, which combines the flavors of matcha, is considered very unique among Kyoto's culinary establishments.

Among the many specialties on the menu, the "Matcha Tofu," crafted from soy milk extracted from Hokkaido's Tsuru-no-ko soybeans, features the finest Uji matcha green tea and requires three full days to complete. Other delightful options incuding the "Chako-yaki Trout," a grilled dish covered with gyokuro stems roasted tea, promising an extraordinary dining experience.
