This is one of Japan's three most famous gardens. The other two are Kenrokuen in Kanazawa and Korakuen in Okayama.

The observation deck is the second highest in the world at 451.2 meters, just after the Shanghai World Financial Center. 👍 I was also lucky enough to run into a space warrior! 😏
