Blanchette Nanki Shirahama is an auberge (lodging facility with a restaurant) with 71 private villas on its premises. The name of the spot is a coined word combining three French words meaning "hideaway," "white," and "gourmet," and as the name suggests, the concept is to enjoy excellent cuisine in an elegant, high-quality space with white tiles.
