Through the museum’s many exhibits you can learn about the creative thinking of Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Food products, and inventor of Chicken Ramen, the world’s first instant noodles.
Making Chicken Ramen by hand starting with kneading the wheat flour at the Chicken Ramen Factory, as well as creating your own original CUPNOODLES at My CUPNOODLES Factory, are especially popular activities.
