Healthy creative Chinese dishes crafted by a popular female chef

Last update :

A creative Chinese restaurant run by Miyuki Igarashi, a female chef who is an active figure in the restaurant industry. Based on the concept of medicinal meals in Chinese cuisine, the restaurant has several mottos: “use a lot of vegetables,” “make the most of the ingredients’ original umami,” and “make dishes that lets people savor the four seasons.”
The restaurant’s specialty dish is clam noodles, which are a combination of chicken, pork and beef-based soup topped with large clams. In addition, the restaurant offers creative Chinese cuisine, such as “Piririn Noodles,” that combine the sourness of tomatoes and black vinegar, and the spicy taste of homemade chili oil.
There are course meals and about 50 à la carte dishes, so you can enjoy their exquisite dishes by themselves, or try each fare with alcohol.

Highlights

  • Chinese food full of originality that is also healthy.
  • Clam noodles using large clams are famous.
  • For dessert, we recommend rich mango pudding that feels like eating the actual fruit, and authentic apricot tofu made in two days.
