Last update :

“Ginza Bairin” is a famous tonkatsu restaurant that was founded in 1927. One of the reasons for its popularity is that its founder, a former pharmacist, developed the original chuno sauce (the sauce used on pork katsu).
The restaurant uses specially selected ingredients such as Kagoshima Black Pork, which features tender meat and Yamagata Tsuya Hime rice which matches tonkatsu very well.
In addition to set meals including tonkatsu and rice, the hirekatsu (fillet) sandwich and the katsudon (tonkatsu and egg on rice) are very popular menu items.
Presently, there are locations in Ginza, Haneda Airport, near Akihabara station, and even overseas.

Highlights

  • Specially selected ingredients such as Kagoshima Black Pork address used.
  • The Hirekatsu Sandwich is available for take out.
  • The portion of rice can be adjusted and additional bowls of rice are free of charge.

    豬排用味噌醃漬過,加上麵包粉炸出來外皮酥脆裡面鮮嫩多汁味道真是好,比起一般的連鎖豬排店好吃太多了。
