A veteran chankonabe restaurant that was established in 1969 in Ryogoku, the area of sumo wrestlers.
Made with generous amounts of more than 18 types of ingredients such as fresh meat, seafood, and vegetables, its hearty chanko is gaining popularity.
There are two types of flavoring available, the “sesame miso flavor” which is made with their specially-made sesame miso soup and the “ponzu flavor” that is eaten together with their secret ponzu.
Their a la carte dishes such as deep-fried puffer fish, sashimi, flame-broiled food, and pickled dishes have also been rated highly for their deliciousness.
