Menya Saburo

Restaurant Popular for its Generously Portioned “Jiro-Style” Ramen

Shoyu-tonkotsu Ramen

This popular ramen restaurant is a sister branch of the also-popular ramen restaurant “Ramen Jiro.”
Their most popular dish is their “Saburo ramen.” It’s topped with so many vegetables that the noodles are completely covered up, and the soup is a shoyu-tonkotsu blend.
A larger portion of noodles, more vegetables, and garlic are all available for free, so if you want any of them be sure to say so when you hand over your order ticket!
If you’re not so fond of rich ramen, we recommend the lighter choice of “nidaime chuka-soba.”
If you’re particularly hungry, be sure to try also ordering the “Awajishima curry” off the side menu to make a meal set.

Highlights

  • Sister branch of the popular ramen restaurant “Ramen Jiro”.
