Taste Kiryu’s Unique Craft Beer in this Travel and Outdoor Specialty Store
Outdoor Goods Specialty Store, Café, Bar
Based on the concepts of outdoor and travel, this specialty shop opened in 2017 in Kiryu. Built in a renovated former steel factory, the open interior was designed in the hopes of becoming a space for travelers to meet and connect with each other.
The shelves are lined with a variety of things, from outdoor items such as tents to apparel and other miscellaneous goods.
Originally, the word “Purveyors” indicates both “suppliers” and “purveyors”.
The shelves of this store are lined with a variety of items selected by the staff, known as “suppliers”, who have a boundless love for travel and the outdoors.
The name of this store expresses the wish that its customers, who are considered to be “purveyors”, will find just what they are looking for.
Upon its renewal in the autumn of 2020, a café and restaurant was opened on the 1st floor. In February of 2021, the craft beer brewery Far Cry Brewing is opening. It offers an original beer made of rice koji, aiming to evolve both in and beyond Japan. Quality water is necessary to make craft beer, and this can be done with the clean water that flows through Kiryu. Why not go and find out what it tastes like?
This specialty store is developed on the concept of travel and the outdoors.
Opening in the autumn of 2020, the café space let customers enjoy meals, café and alcohol.
The craft beer brewery has actually started operations in February of 2021.
There are high hopes for their craft beer, made with Kiryu’s clean water.
