Chinese Taiwanese Cuisine Misen Imaike Main Store

A popular restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Among many dishes on the menu, the "Taiwan Ramen," which is made with minced pork stir-fried with hot pepper and garlic in chicken broth, has become synonymous for the restaurant.

The spiciness of the soup packs a punch! You can feel the savory of the soup in the spiciness, which makes you want more. If you order "American", the spiciness will be mild, and if you order "Italian", you will be offered Taiwanese ramen with about twice as much hot pepper as normal.

The owner who is originally from Taiwan first served a Taiwanese dish called "Tantu noodles" with a very spicy twist. It is also interesting to note that although the name is "Taiwan ramen," it is actually a noodle dish born in Nagoya.

Other specialties include stir-fried green vegetables, chicken wings and Taiwanese chimaki(rice dumplings), all of which are a must-order when visiting the restaurant.
