A landmark in Utazu Town with sweeping views of the Seto Ohashi Bridge and the Seto Inland Sea. From the 158-meter-tall observation tower, you can take in a grand 360-degree panoramic view. There is also Sorakin, a sky aquarium where more than 3,000 goldfish and tropical fish appear to swim across the skies of Setouchi, along with the all-weather Play Park, shops, and cafes, making it a fun destination for everyone from families to couples. A rooftop sky deck will also open in 2026.

On the 5th floor, 127 meters above ground, “Sparkle in the Sky (KIRAMEKI Zone)” unfolds like a kaleidoscopic otherworld, combining the living art of goldfish with light art created through fish tanks, mirror balls, and more. On the 4th floor, “Moisture in the Sky (URUOI ZONE)” offers an oasis-like, soothing space where colorful tropical fish share the stage with the Setouchi Sea and blue skies.

Play Park, spread across the spacious 1st to 3rd floors of the main building and the annex area, is packed with attractions ranging from active play equipment to mini rides that both children and adults can enjoy. Its biggest appeal is that you can play to your heart’s content regardless of the weather or season.
