My first impression of Hokkaido Shrine was how beautiful it was! The wide approach is surrounded by trees on both sides, making it especially pleasant to walk along. The whole area is quiet and has a solemn atmosphere.

The shrine’s architecture is simple yet impressive, and together with all the surrounding natural scenery, it made me want to keep stopping to take photos. Strolling around the shrine grounds felt especially relaxing, and I could also experience Hokkaido’s uniquely refreshing atmosphere.

This visit to Hokkaido Shrine left me with wonderful memories. If I visit Sapporo again, I’d like to come back in a different season, as I’m sure each season offers different beautiful scenery.

While taking a sightseeing cruise on Lake Ashi in Hakone, we passed by Hakone Shrine, and the lakeside scenery immediately caught my eye. Seeing the shrine in the distance, surrounded by the lake and mountains, felt distinctly Japanese and made me want to keep looking.

Since we were only passing by on the boat this time, we didn't get off to visit and could only admire Hakone Shrine from the lake. The lakeside atmosphere looked especially peaceful from the water, offering a very different perspective from the view on land.

Although we only passed by briefly, it left a deep impression on me. If I visit Hakone again, I hope to make time to enter the shrine and pay my respects, and I'd also like to see the well-known lakeside torii gate.

Lake Shikotsu in Hokkaido has clear, deep-blue water and is surrounded by mountains. The scenery is really peaceful. Standing by the lake with a gentle breeze and looking at the calm water made me feel completely relaxed.

The scenery at Lake Shikotsu has a distinctly Hokkaido feel. There aren't too many noisy crowds, so it feels more natural and tranquil. Even just walking along the lakeshore and taking photos felt very worthwhile.

Although this was only a short visit, it left a wonderful impression on me. If I have the chance to visit Hokkaido again, I'd like to come back on a day with better weather and fully enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain scenery.

At Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe, you definitely can’t miss the adorable seal show! As soon as I saw the seals’ round bodies and cute expressions, I felt so comforted. The show hadn’t even started yet, and I was already reaching for my phone to take pictures. The atmosphere was also very lively.

Once the show began, the seals followed the staff’s instructions and performed various tricks. Every now and then, they would look up at the audience, and they were just unbelievably cute. Watching them work hard to complete each trick, with laughter coming from the audience from time to time, made the entire show thoroughly enjoyable.

The seal show was what impressed me most during this visit to Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe! Seeing them up close, they were even cuter than I had imagined and so comforting to watch. Setting aside some time to see them really left me with a very sweet and unforgettable memory.

When in Otaru, of course you have to visit the famous LeTAO Main Store! The European-style exterior has the romantic feel of a Western confectionery shop, and once inside, you'll see all kinds of beautifully crafted desserts. Everything looks so tempting.

This time, I ordered their signature cheesecake. It was smooth and creamy, with a rich cheese flavor and a subtle milky aroma. The texture was very delicate, and it wasn't overly sweet or heavy. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it!

After exploring the streets of Otaru, it felt especially relaxing to sit down here and enjoy a dessert. LeTAO really is a place you shouldn't miss when visiting Otaru. Trying the cheesecake at the main store made my Otaru dessert trip feel even more complete!

You definitely shouldn't miss Kitaichi Glass Building No. 3 in Otaru! The entire store has a strong retro Japanese atmosphere, and as soon as you walk in, you're drawn to all kinds of exquisite glassware. From drinking glasses and vases to small decorative items, each piece has its own unique character. They sparkle under the lights and look especially beautiful.

The building and displays also have a historic feel, making it a fascinating place to browse. Otaru itself is a city full of romance, and Kitaichi Glass's craftsmanship adds even more to the unique charm of this port city. Even if you don't buy anything, it's still worth taking your time to browse and admire the exquisite glasswork!

In Jozankei, I stayed at the Manseikaku Hotel and got to experience a Japanese-style tatami room. The room had a strong retro Japanese atmosphere, and the moment I entered, it felt like I had traveled back in time to an old Japanese inn. The tatami gave off a faint grassy scent, and the room was simple and comfortable, very different from a typical modern hotel. After the Japanese-style bedding was laid out at night, relaxing on the tatami really made it feel like a vacation. This stay wasn't just about having a place to sleep—it was also a distinctive Japanese inn experience. Soaking in a hot spring in Jozankei and then spending the night in a tatami room really feels authentically Japanese!

While passing through Jozankei Onsen this time, I looked out the car window and unexpectedly spotted a whole row of colorful carp streamers hanging beside the river! As the gentle breeze blew, the carp streamers swayed in the air and looked very cute. Together with the mountains and river around Jozankei, the scene had a distinctly Japanese springtime atmosphere. Although I was only passing by in the car and didn’t get out to stop, the sight still caught my eye, and I couldn’t help taking out my phone to snap a photo. It was a lovely surprise to come across such a distinctive view during such a short drive! If I have a chance to visit Jozankei again, I hope I can make time to walk around and slowly take in the hot spring town and natural scenery.

Visiting Yokohama Strawberry Park is such a treat for anyone who loves strawberries! As soon as I entered the strawberry farm, I saw rows of large, beautiful, bright red strawberries that made me want to keep taking photos. You can see up close how the strawberries grow and also taste fresh strawberries, which feels very different from buying them at a regular market.

The strawberries here not only look beautiful, but they also taste really good! They're plump and juicy, with a sweet flavor and a light fruity aroma. Every one made me want to eat another. Eating fresh strawberries while strolling around made the whole visit feel very relaxing. This trip left me with a sweet memory of Yokohama. If I have the chance to visit again, I'd love to come back for more!

I walked around JR Hakata City and stopped by Hakata Uogashi Sushi!

The fresh sushi was brought to the table one plate at a time, and just looking at it made me hungry! The fish was fresh and sweet, and the texture was very good too. It was just right for a meal during a shopping trip〜

It's really convenient to eat near Hakata Station. Afterward, you can keep shopping and buy souvenirs, combining food and shopping in one trip!
