Godaian’s Kishu Ume plum “Kishu Godai Ume”

Gidaian has been promoting the Kishu Nanko plum nationwide with direct sales stores in Wakayama as well as in Tokyo and Osaka. Their signature product, pickled plums (umeboshi in Japanese), are made in very particular way. Not only does it take 30-40 days to pickle the plums, but they also pickle them in three different phases.
