Located on Bandai Island in Niigata City, Niigata Fresh Fish Wholesaler Minato Shokudo has long been loved by both locals and visitors as a restaurant operated directly by the Niigata Central Fish Market. Since its founding in 1904, it has served fish dishes made with fresh local fish landed at the market. You can enjoy seafood rice bowls, fishermen's meals, and more at reasonable prices.

The signature dish is the "Kaisendon," a luxurious seafood rice bowl piled high with seven kinds of sashimi.
