Madame Tussauds Tokyo

Madame Tussauds is an experiential attraction facility with about 250 years of history, with its main building in London and branches all over the world. You can enjoy a celebrity experience with life-sized figures, approved by the celebrities themselves, that accurately reproduce famous people and celebrities from various genres such as Hollywood stars, musicians, athletes, and politicians.

The figures, which are created by dedicated sculptors who measure over 150 parts of the body and spend 6 months on production, are so realistic that they reproduce even the texture of the skin and pores, justifying the production cost of about 20 million yen per figure. Some of them are even dressed in costumes actually worn by the celebrities themselves, making it hard to tell them apart from the real thing.

There are over 70 figures that you can meet in the facility, which is divided into areas according to themes such as "Red Carpet," "Movie Star," and "Fashion." There are no ropes or fences around the figures, so you can freely take commemorative photos by posing with them or imitating their poses. The experiential mini-games set up in each area are also fun.
