A shop where you can enjoy local cuisine such as beef tongue baked using the tradition and craftsmanship of Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. Beef tongue grilled with tradition and skilled craftsmanship is savory and juicy. In addition to the standard roasted beef tongue, the veal beef tongue shabu-shabu and "yudetan", beef tongue and vegetables in a citrus soup, are also popular.
The beef tongue set for lunch is barley rice, as well as tail soup, which goes well with beef tongue. You can get an extra bowl of barley rice for free.
There are menus limited to winter, such are the dropwort hotpot, a specialty of Sendai, and Shiogama Oden with plenty of kelp and oyster flavors, so try them when the timing is right.
