“Shiseido The Store,” which is Shiseido’s flagship location, features a community space on the 4th floor that is split up into 4 different themes: “Food, Goods, Books, and Events.”
The “Foods” section offers a menu inspired by the spiritual cuisine of “Shojin Ryori,” a vegetarian cuisine originally devised by Buddhist monks. This menu also comes accompanied by a selection of drinks and sweets.
The main focus on their menu is an original selection of seasonal dishes that take the best ingredients that nature has to offer each season, which are then prepared by traditional techniques combined with a new sense of style.
