Magurobito Okachimachi Branch
A restaurant that lets you enjoy delicious sushi with high cost performance while standing
“Nigirizushi” stalls, which are thought to have originated as stalls in the Edo period, are mainly standing-style and were the equivalent of fast food at the time. This restaurant allows you to enjoy nigirizushi standing up, just as it was originally eaten.
The tuna, which is also part of the restaurant’s name (“maguro” is the Japanese word for “tuna”), is natural Pacific bluefin tuna and there is nothing to criticize about the freshness of the ingredients. Using the premium tuna sourced from "Yamayuki", a tuna specialist wholesaler who has won the first auction at Toyosu Market for two consecutive years. It is well-received for its high-quality sushi testament to the skills of the craftsmen.
