Tonkotsu Ramen・Miso Ramen
The pride of the ramen shop is a rich miso broth with tonkotsu (pork bone) base. The secret soup base combines red and white miso combined with vegetables and is slightly sweet. For toppings, a large amount of green onion, bean sprouts and other vegetables are stir-fried are presented in a mountain-like volume along with other toppings such as pork belly chashu slices and seasoned bamboo shoots (menma). One point in enjoying the ramen is that the richness of the taste and the amount of oil can be adjusted as needed if you let the staff know your preferences.
