It is a cozy restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed while looking directly at Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Tower.
There are heaters and beach umbrellas so you can use it at various times.
Here is my recommendation to enjoy both delicious food and wonderful scenery. -
