The Ginza branch of "TsuruTonTan UDON NOODLE Brasserie," a popular udon chain known for its "freshly made, freshly cut, freshly boiled" noodles, is expanding overseas. The shop is located inside "Tokyu Plaza Ginza," a commercial facility that catches the eye at the Sukiyabashi intersection with its façade modeled after Edo cut glass. The stylish atmosphere attracts young people and foreign tourists.

The spacious interior is designed with the concept of "COOL TOKYO STYLE." In addition to semi-private rooms and bar counters, the interior features grand pianos and private rooms inspired by Japanese culture such as kabuki and sumo wrestling.

The menu is abundant, with not only orthodox dishes such as Kitsune, Tempura, and Curry, but also creative ones like Carbonara and Spicy Cod Roe Cream.
