Minochi-An is an 80-year-old, well-established soba restaurant. It has continued to grow alongside the redevelopment of Minato Ward and achieved a long-awaited renovation and reopening in 2022. The 22-seat restaurant, comprised of table and counter seats, is bustling with regulars as well as patrons returning from performances at the Suntory Hall.
The soba made with Hokkaido-produced buckwheat flour has a firm texture and a smooth, refreshing swallow. Adhering to the tradition of always providing freshly made soba, they continue to maintain the same flavors since their founding. The lunch sets come with mini-soba and rice bowls, offering a satisfying volume. Popular menu items include "Tenmori Soba" and "Kamo Seiro."
