Enjoy authentic soba noodles in a calm Japanese atmosphere
An authentic hand-made soba noodle shop where the skills of the soba craftsman shine. The interior of the store is tastefully lit, creating a calm Japanese atmosphere.
The shop brings in specialty brown buckwheat flour from all over Japan, and grinds it with a stone mill in the store. The shop also uses natural water from the Aso-Shirakawa water source, one of the 100 best water sources in Japan.

The popular menu is “Inaka Seiro (country style soba noodles),” that retains the rich aroma and taste of buckwheat.
In addition, there is a wide selection of dishes using tempura and delicious soup stock, which also go extremely well with sake.
